Open a Bedrock (MCPE) server

This post documents the original 2018 Bedrock (MCPE) server announcement.

The server later moved to 24/7 operation (thanks to Thomas for help with hosting).
Rules
- No PvP, no griefing other players’ builds
- Take only the food/resources you need; replant/refill when you can
- Add Xbox friend delayedword77 so we can adjust permissions
- Do not abuse the server — play fair
